The pictures below represent the new life that begn for all of us
after moving to florida. Our daughter had decided to get a PHD
as necessary to further her career. Our grandson, Nathan Dollar
was born in Arkansas in 1983. As soon as he was able to travel,
about 6 weeks! Deb, our daughter, and Nathan, moved to
Tallahassee, where she was able to get her PHD,
and raise a wonderful son. They are still in Tallahassee. Deb
has a thriving practice in mental therapy, and Nathan is in his
junior year at the University of West Florida.
Our son, Robert Jr. entered Riviera Beach, high school, now
Suncoast, and finished his High School in 1974. After about a
year on the Mississppi river, he decided on a four year hitch in
the Navy. Aboard the Carrier Roosevelt, he saw a good share
of the world. After his discharge, he worked for several years
in construction. After two bad falls, he gave up contruction and
is now in the service industry. His wife of 25 years, Julie Dodd,
is employed by Marshalls. They have a daughter, Blair, who is
now 19, and is deciding on her life. Our two Grandkids are both
wonderful people, and the lights of our life!

Marge and I joined 2 clubs, and vigorously pursued bridge and
sailing. We played a lot of bridge, Marge more than I, since I
was working full time at my new carreer, Merrill Lynch. We
also had time to race and cruise our sailboats in the woderful
waters off shore and over to the Bahamas. I will be posting
some pictures of these years shortly.
My next post will bring us up to the present, and then we'll
coast!!
