hi bob this is really annoying! i am forced to go to blogger and to register before i can post a comment! but now there's no way out and i shouldn't have switched to blogger's new version, that's all! so what i was telling you in my previous post which didn't appear was that i heard about barbados and it seems very far away and mysterious! (only i wonder if i'm not mixing names with "bermudas") (it's been a long time since i haven't read (a book) in english, so my english is not at its best at the moment, but i swear it once used to be great!!!)
Hi, the Bahamas have been our,Marge and my, playground for most of the 40 years we have been in Florida, and we love them. Theyare quite different really from the Carribbean islands. Barbados is a major island in the Carribbean, not the Bahamas. But we love these islands too. However, our advancing age probably means we will see less of both from now on!! RHD
